TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation of Registration:
We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, however, should this be necessary cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 1 August 2022 will receive a full refund less HK$640 (US$80) administration charge. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise the Conference Secretariat of the details of the substitute delegate by contacting us at reg.icreatehk@polyu.edu.hk
Confirmation of Registration:
Once you have registered for the conference you will receive a confirmation email from the Conference Secretariat. Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the conference.
