Speaker Profile:
Olivier Lambercy is a Senior Scientist and the Director (ad-interim) of the Rehabilitation Engineering Laboratory at ETH Zurich. He studied Microengineering at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland, where he received the MSc degree in 2005. He completed his PhD at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2009, in collaboration with Simon Fraser University (SFU), Canada and Imperial College London. Dr. Lambercy’s research focuses on the development and use of technology to improve upper limb assessment and therapy after stroke. Since 2017, he serves as associate editor in the Journal of NeuroEngineering and Rehabilitation.
