Application procedures

• Nominations will be called annually through invitation letters in mainland China.
• Scholarship application form can be downloaded here
• Applicants are requested to send all necessary documents (Application form, photocopies of certificates, transcripts, TOEFL Score Report or IELTS Test Report and other relevant documents) to Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University before the Scholarship application deadline.
• Applicants are also required to complete Programme application in addition to the Scholarship application.
• A Scholarship selection interview will be organized for all applicants who have been granted with offers to study in Master in Occupational Therapy / Doctor of Health Science Programme in full-time basis.
