BIOGRAPHY
ArYU was graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she obtained her Bachelor and Master degrees in the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education. With relevant academic background, and with the dedication to sports, ArYU aims to explore different methods promoting the performance of athletes. Interested in the benefits of different strength trainings and also the importance of biomechanics in sports, she focused on the development of training programs and measurement tools for evaluating the effectiveness of training on performance in her PhD studies, with relevant papers being published recently. In coming research, she is going to evaluate different training effects on swimming and force performance in swimmers with her own-developed measurement tool.
