Mr. Mak Ho Lun Raymond

Raymond was a Hong Kong swimming representative for 10 +years and previously held the in 100,200 individual medley Hong Kong record. He also won multiple medals at international competitions including bronze in 4×100 freestyle relay at the 2014 Asian Games and 100 individual medley at 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games. Raymond is passionate in swimming biomechanics and technique development, he hopes that from his experience of being an ex-athlete and current coaching role can perform precise stroke analysis to improve performance and prevent injuries of current competitive swimmers in Hong Kong.
